1 processing unit = 1 document page converted to video (with Edge TTS). Premium voice engines use a multiplier: XTTS voice clone 2×, ElevenLabs 5×. Audiobook format costs 0.3 units/page.
Do my processing units expire?
No. Processing units you purchase remain in your account indefinitely. There is no subscription or expiry date.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund is available within 7 days of purchase for unused processing units. Email destek@hoca.me with your order number. See the Distance Sales Agreement for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely via iyzico or Stripe. Instalment options for local cards are shown on the payment screen.
How do I get an invoice?
An official e-Archive invoice and payment receipt are automatically generated and sent to your email after each successful transaction.
